Sky is 2 months!

Sky is 2 months old today! I can't believe how big she is getting. She is so much fun! I did not know I would enjoy this as much as I do! We love all her coos and smiles. Today she weighed exactly 9lds and is 22.5inches. She's in the 10th percentile for weight and the 50th for height. Just this week we visited a friend's baby. She is a little bigger than Sky was when we brought her home and I can't believe the huge difference! Kinda makes me sad... don't grow up too fast Skylin!

Sky's Baby Blessing

Yesterday Skylin was given her baby blessing. It was such a great way to celebrate Valentines Day! It was such a beautiful blessing and Austin didn't even seem nervous. Sky was so good and alert. The spirit was incredibly strong. We are so grateful for this girl! I love when I catch glimpses of her potential like we were able to yesterday. One thing that especially stuck out to me was that she was blessed with a happy countenance. I know that it's true... she already is so happy and fun! She makes my days so much happier and better. We were glad so many friends and family were able to come. Afterwards we had a big breakfast! We really enjoyed it!

Date Night

Since Sky has been born it's been harder to get time alone for date night, but it sure makes it a lot more fun! I was seriously so excited! Austin is so sweet too... he planned the whole thing. We went to Jump Street and jumped on trampolines for like an hour! What a work out! It was really fun and they even had dodgeball courts! Then we went to Costa Vida and saw Princess and the Frog. It was a way fun night and I love date night!
